How to measure your feet
Start at the wall
Place your foot on a blank piece of paper with your heel against a wall.
Mark your longest toe
Make a mark at the end of your longest toe.
Measure the length
Measure the distance from the end of the paper to your mark.
Measure both feet
Make sure you measure both feet, as there can be a difference between them. Choose the longest one.
Allow a little extra room
Add 0.6 cm to 1 cm to your measured foot length and choose your size from the table below.
Find your VIDA size
Compare your foot measurements with the insole dimensions below.
