We want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, Vida VMT offers an extended return period of up to 30 days from delivery.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
You may inspect and try the shoes only as necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit, in the same way you would reasonably do in a physical store.
If the shoes have been handled more than necessary for such inspection, you may be responsible for any reduction in their value.
The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
Extended Vida Return Period – Days 15 to 30
In addition to your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, Vida VMT voluntarily offers returns for up to 30 days from delivery.
For returns made after the first 14 days, the shoes must be:
- unworn and unused,
- in their original condition,
- returned in their original packaging,
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds
When we receive your return, we will inspect it and inform you about your refund.
For withdrawals made under the legal 14-day right, we will refund all payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We will issue the refund within the legally required period. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the amount in your account.

If you need a different size, please contact us at info@vida-vmt.com and we will be happy to help.
The quickest option is normally to return the original pair and place a new order for the size you need.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vida-vmt.com.
Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods are separate from this return policy and are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return period.
