These Terms of Service apply to the use of vida-vmt.com and to purchases made through the Vida VMT online store.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
We make every effort to present our products, colours, materials, sizes and other product information as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
We reserve the right to change our product range, product descriptions and availability at any time.
3. Orders
Before placing an order, you can review and change your selected products, quantities and other order information.
By clicking the final order button, you confirm that you are placing an order with an obligation to pay.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order due to product availability, an error or another justified reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment already received.
Orders can be placed in English or Slovenian.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown to consumers are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
The final price of your order is shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping within the European Union is free unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Discounts and promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with each promotion.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the countries available during checkout.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is around 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, busy periods, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Vida VMT remains responsible for the goods during transport until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers purchasing online have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
In addition to this legal right, Vida VMT offers an additional return period of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

7. Conformity of goods and consumer rights
Vida VMT is responsible for ensuring that goods comply with the sales contract and with applicable consumer protection law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, please contact us at info@vida-vmt.com.
Consumers have the statutory right to request remedies available under applicable law, including repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.
These statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary return policy.
8. Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us at info@vida-vmt.com.
The quickest option is normally to return the original pair and place a new order for the required size.

9. Intellectual property
All content available through the Vida VMT website, including the Vida VMT name, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, text, graphics, product designs and other content, belongs to Vida VMT or to the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. Use of the website
You may not use our website or Services for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, interfere with or compromise the security of the website, its users or third parties.
You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, misuse personal information or infringe intellectual property rights.
11. Shopify and third-party services
Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify.
The sales contract for Vida VMT products is between you and Vida VMT, Vesna Aćimović s.p. Shopify is not the seller of Vida VMT products.
We may also use third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics and other services necessary to operate our store.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal data may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers we use to operate the store, process payments, deliver orders and provide our services.

13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Vida VMT is not responsible for temporary website interruptions or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect our responsibility for orders, product conformity or any other statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
The current version of these Terms of Service is always available on this page.
We may update these Terms when necessary.
Changes apply from the date they are published or from another date clearly stated and do not affect rights already acquired under contracts concluded before the change.
15. Governing law and consumer disputes
These Terms and contracts concluded with Vida VMT are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under applicable law.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@vida-vmt.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Vida VMT does not currently recognise an alternative dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes, except where participation is required by applicable law.
